With a choice of cockpit cover to overall covers, we can talk you through the best option for your Drascombe. Our canvas man has been making our covers for around 40 years, and we have now offer the choce of PVC/Polyester, suitable for winter covers, Acrylic canvas for sprayhoods, cockpit covers etc or Weathermax 80 as an option. Along with covers and overalls, we can supply cushions and in-fills to ensure you are comfortable when sleeping aboard.
This cover fits at side bench level & requires lacing hooks screwed to the side decks close up to the gunwhale around the boat.
The Overall Cover is sometimes referred to as the winter cover. It fits over the gunwhale cappings & down the sides of the boat by a few inches. By doing this it protects all the woodwork.
These Sprayhoods are available for the Dabber, Lugger, Longboat and Coaster in Acrylic Canvas or Weathermax
A full camping tent is available for the open boats (except the Dabber). It encloses the whole of the cockpit & is supported on a set of bendy poles (these are NOT included in the price). It has a collar that laces around the mast, sleeves for the poles & an opening back panel with Velcro closures.
The Cockpit Cover is a welcome addition for when your boat is on a mooring. The Sprayhood and frame is included in the standard spec.
